Garlic // Thyme is a labor of love - love of food, mostly, followed by a love of cooking, and a love of photography. And a love of family and entertaining, too, if you want to take it that far. There's no debate, however, that if it weren't for the deliciousness of food, none of this would've happened.

Here you'll find some entries following the culinary journey of a St. Louis amateur cook, one who tries to use organic and fresh foods, isn't afraid of the international market down the street, had a vintage copy of "Mastering the Art of French Cooking" before Julie and Julia came out, and who will make sushi some day.
